Born into an Italian/Hungarian immigrant family, Ference was raised in Astoria alongside his parents and brother. With a curious nature and a drive to succeed beyond humble beginnings, Ference developed a strong work ethic that led to establishing a successful physical fitness business. By actively listening to his clients’ goals and needs, and applying certified technical expertise, Ference was able to meet high expectations with noticeable results. This approach won the trust of his discerning clients who moved within NYC high society circles including actors and models.
Ference now pivots his passion to help people achieve results by turning to his other passion: real estate.
