Faye Lambrianidis is a Queens native through and through. Born in Astoria and raised at the foot of historic Astoria Park, her adventurous and wanderlust spirit has taken her to over 23 countries doing what she loves: experiencing new places, their people, food, and music. With this worldly perspective, Faye takes joy in helping clients find their ideal residential situation. Always with an eye on the future, Faye pursued an ambitious educational career. She attended Townsend Harris High School, the highly coveted specialized high school in Flushing, Queens. She went on to Fordham University where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Throughout her years of study, Faye kept close to the Astoria/Ditmars community working at local businesses where she honed her hospitality, front office, and administrative skillset. It was here she began establishing the network of individuals that would go on to become business associates, colleagues, and friends. Understanding a client’s background and vision is Faye’s priority. Her commitment to servicing a customer through all stages of the selling, buying, and renting process is done in an efficient and thorough manner. As a native Greek speaker, she takes pride in representing individuals like her mom who came to the United States in search of an opportunity at the American Dream.
